Between places

Between places

There is a space that exists between places.
Not here. Not there. But something in between.

A moment of transition. Of not fully arriving, and no longer belonging to where you were. It can feel uncertain. Unstable, even. But it is also where something opens.

Between places, there is less definition. Less expectation. Less noise.
You begin to move differently. To notice what you carry, and what you leave behind.

This is where Naalu was born. Not in one place, but across many. In movement. In in-between moments. In the feeling of not needing to belong to one identity, one culture, one way of living. The fabrics carry this too. Vintage saris, once worn in another life, another rhythm. Then found, chosen, transformed. They exist between what they were and what they become. Not entirely past. Not entirely new. Just… continuing.

To wear them is to stay in that space. Where things are not fixed. Where beauty is not perfect. Where identity is fluid. Between places, there is freedom. To move. To change. To become.
