If for any reason it’s not the right fit, we accept returns under the conditions below.
Returns
Items must be:
- unworn
- unwashed
- in their original condition

Return instructions and the return address in Paris will be provided upon request.
Returns shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Naalu is not responsible for lost returns.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within a few business days.
Non-returnable conditions
Due to the nature of vintage textiles and small-batch production, each piece may present slight variations, irregularities, or subtle signs of time.
These characteristics are part of the uniqueness and history of each garment and are not considered defects.
Sales items
Sale items or archive pieces may not be eligible for return or refund.
